Housing Association Woonkracht10 came into being in 2011 following a merger of Forta and Westwaard Wonen. Social engagement is the main focus of the association which manages more than 11,000 residential properties in the Drecht towns. Fabrique developed the corporate identity of the new association.


Give literal form to an active and socially engaged housing association.


Dwelling is living. We based the corporate style of Woonkracht10 on phases of life. Living together, having children, getting divorced or getting older and needing help with your day-to-day life; these are exactly the moments you set new demands of your home. This 'chain' of life phases is reflected in the typography and photography.

We have also put a timeline running through the logo. The raspberry color represents the warmth and human side of the Association. The grey represents the more businesslike and financial aspects of Woonkracht10.


Recognisable, warm and human gives shape to the powerful visual identity of an active and socially engaged housing association.
